Argia started Argitu Consulting LLC to bring high-quality, personalized, effective fundraising to nonprofit organizations and in 2013, Argia brought Argitu Consulting to Boise, Idaho.
With over ten years of fundraising and nonprofit management experience, Argia honed her fundraising abilities with national nonprofit organizations and leading nonprofit consultants. Through these relationships, Argia led successful fundraising teams resulting in milions of dollars raised throughout the country with exceptional returns in Nevada, Virginia, and Washington, DC. During her in-house fundraising career, Argia served as Campaign Manager for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society where her leadership developed and managed the largest suburban fundraising walk in the country.
Serving as the National Special Events Manager for the American Diabetes Association, Argia brought the organization through a development rebirth by establishing a solid staff training model to be implemented across the country, a national partner relationship management strategy and detailed development plans for small, mid and major markets. As Associate Director of Events and Marketing at The George Washington University, Argia brought exceptional attention to detail, strong vendor management skills, and streamlined processes that insured successful events of all sizes.
